Once Verizon closes the acquisition of Yahoo, the carrier is bundling all its content efforts under a new unit called Oath, according to BusinessInsider. After delays triggered by the revelations of massive hacking attacks at Yahoo, the deal is supposed to close eventually for $4.8 billion.
