A 49-year-old woman told a court Wednesday that she agreed to perform a sex act on a man for a fee.

But she said she instead got brutally beaten and raped, before fleeing her attacker as he smirked at her while putting his pants back on.

The woman, who can't be named, was testifying in the aggravated sexual assault trial of Andy Dick Ntunaguza.

Ntunaguza, 34, is accused of attacking the woman on Dec. 20, 2015, inside a downtown parking garage.

The victim told a two-woman, 10-man jury she met Ntunaguza on the street and they discussed having sex for $60.

But when they got to the vacant parkade after 3 a.m. to find a secluded place to conduct their business, she demanded to see the money first, she said.

"The accused offered me $60 for (oral sex) and his pants were already down and I told the accused that I wanted to see the money first," she told Crown prosecutor Deven Singhal.

"I wasn't going to do the intercourse unless I'd seen the money first."

She said the request angered Ntunaguza.

"He was getting very aggressive . . . very angry," she said, noting the man's private areas were exposed.

At that point she tried to flee, but he grabbed the back of her jacket.

"That's when he grabbed me . . . I was against the wall and he started attacking me," she said. "He started punching me in the face."

The woman, who was later hospitalized with both her eyes swollen shut, said she began yelling for help.

"He told me to shut up and he was trying to get my jacket over my head," she said. "It was more or less like I was almost fighting with Mike Tyson . . . He was really throwing punches."

Ntunaguza tried to get her on the floor, she told jurors, choking her, first with his hands and then a knee as she hit the ground.

"I could feel myself passing out, but I still put up a fight," she said, noting that at one point the accused calmed down and they both sat on her coat while he wiped blood from her face.

She took the opportunity to run away, but Ntunaguza chased her down and dragged her back by the hair before raping her, she said.

"He told me don't do that…
