Manny Pacquiao will likely retire at the end of 2017

Pacquiao is one of the most successful boxers of all time having won world titles in eight different weight divisions from flyweight up to light-middleweight.

But now the 38-year-old is preparing to hang up his gloves after 67 pro fights.

Pacquiao is planning to fight four times in 2017 across the globe as he walks away from the sport after 22 years of professional competition.

Manny Pacquiao has ruled out a rematch with Floyd Mayweather

Bob Arum, Pacquiao's promoter, said: "We plan to have Manny fight four times this year – we have an offer in Russia in July, another offer in Europe for September and in the U.S. against [unbeaten two-belt junior-welterweight champion] Terence Crawford in November or December.

“That will be Manny’s last fight.”

His first fight of the year will come against Horn, who is the No 2 ranked welterweight challenger.

Jeff Horn will be the first fight of Manny Pacquiao's farewell tour

The 28-year-old Australian is unbeaten in his first 16 fights as a professional and will face Pacquiao on April 22.

The venue is yet to be confirmed with offers from both Australia and United Arab Emirates on the table.

But Pacquiao's team are keen to ensure his retirement tour is a truly global event and reports have even suggested he could fight in the UK for the very first time.

His trainer Freddie Roach admitted that Scottish super-featherweight champion Ricky Burns is a possible opponent, although the agreement with Horn could damage his chances of booking the fight.
