Lenovo delivers a new colorful line of Windows laptops this summer with the IdeaPad 320, IdeaPad 320S and the IdeaPad 720S. Coming this June, each of these new IdeaPad laptops has the latest processors and new ports. A splash of color gives them some personality that many Windows 10 laptops lack.

Lenovo revealed new IdeaPad laptops this week. With other niches covered by its Legion and ThinkPad brands, the company says that its 2017 IdeaPad line is for the casual users looking for something affordable. There’s a laptop in the new line for every kind of budget buyer, even users looking for premium features without a premium price tag.

The Lenovo IdeaPad 320S 15-inch.

Each 2017 IdeaPad include precision touchpads that allow buyers to switch between apps and minimize windows with a simple swipe. They all run Windows 10, Microsoft’s latest operating system too.

The IdeaPad 320 comes in two sizes. The largest and most expensive is the 17-inch model that will cost $489.99. It has a 17.3-inch 1600 x 900 resolution display that doesn’t have touch as an option. It’s also the heaviest at, 6.17 pounds. IdeaPad 320 will only sell in black and gray.

Compare that to the 4.85 pounds the IdeaPad 320 15-inch weighs. It is smaller because its 1366 x 768 resolution display is only 15.6-inches from edge to edge. Shoppers can get this model with a touch-screen display for $489.99. Without touch technology, it costs $439.99. This size comes in black, white, red, blue, silver and purple.

Every Lenovo IdeaPad 320 has a DVD-RW drive, HDMI, Ethernet port, 1 USB Type-C port, a memory card reader, Bluetooth and a headphone jack. Internals include up to a 7th generation Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB of RAM and 2TB of hard drive space. Lenovo says that users can add a Windows Hello fingerprint reader for logging in without their passwords.

The Lenovo IdeaPad 320S 14-inch and 15-inch has an updated design and weighs less than either of the regular Lenovo 320 models. They have the same two-tone paint job and their screen bezels are narrower so that users can focus on what they’re seeing on their displays. Each has 7th Generation Intel Core i7 processors, 8GB of RAM, Harman Speakers and a 720p web camera. A USB 3.0 port, Bluetooth, an HDMI port, backlit keyboard and USB Type-C port come standard.

IdeaPad 320S 14-inch weighs just 3.74 pounds and measures just 0.76 inches from top to bottom. Despite being smaller, Lenovo packed in a bigger 3-cell battery. That’s an upgrade from the 2-cell battery included in the standard IdeaPad 320. Shoppers can equip it with 256GB of solid-state storage for faster startup times. Expect it to come in red, gray and white colors starting at $739.

The IdeaPad 3202 14-inch in Mineral Gray.

Only the IdeaPad 320S 15-inch allows buyers to replace integrated graphics with the NVIDIA GeForce 940MX graphics card. This graphics card has 2GB of RAM. For light gaming and editing, that graphics horsepower will prove useful. This model features a 15.6-inch 1080p display and weighs only 4.18 pounds. Expect the Ide…
