  1. NFL debacle

50+ year member. USAA has been so reliable over the years, and my extended family also uses their services. I am sorely tempted to remove the decals from my vehicles and seek services elsewhere, as I am ashamed that USAA sponsors the NFL and indirectly their owners who have failed to make it clear in no uncertain terms that players should stand during the anthem. The place for grandstanding is off the field. USAA should NOT facilitate this despicable display, but should lean and lean hard…

I'm really surprised and frustrated that you don't have wire transfer services on weekend. Especially when I contacted the bank on Friday and due to an error in notes, had to call back next day to submit a wire transfer, which I was told was totally fine. But then to my surprise found out on Saturday from a different person that answered the phone that wire transfers are closed on weekends. Now I also don't know if they will be open Monday since it's a holiday because no one else seemed to…

I've been with USAA since 2011 when I got into the military, never had any problems until recently. I had to call customer service to cancel my auto insurance cause I found a cheaper rate, and I have never been more disappointed with the customer service until now. The woman on the phone, I believe her name was Marsha, Marcie, something like that. She told me I would be receiving a refund check for what I paid...great, right? But after she gave me this information she said...AND I…

  7. USAA's support of the NFL is a symptom of a larger issue

    10.07 / 04:27 communities.usaa.com Communities.usaa.com - Lifestyle
USAA is now lauding its promotion of gender and race-based organizations as it promotes "diversity and inclusion" organizations that have nothing to do with the services it provides. Most troubling is that none of these "affiliations" are with conervative organizations. They all appear to be PC and left of center. So much for "diversity and inclusion." Most disturbing is that USAA members have not had the opportunity to vote on subsidizing any of these organizations. If USAA will not…
