UNITED KINGDOM – Wit the tickets for London Eurovision party released today the organisers announced Conceit Wurst as guest performer in the event. She is joining Ruslana and Linda Martin in the line up.

RUSSIA – Bulgaria – Kristian Kostov, Greece – Demy, Italy – Francesco Gabbani, Moldova – Sunstroke Project, Russia – Yulia Samoilova are the five confirmed acts so far for the 2017 Moscow Eurovision party which takes place on April 21st. It was also revealed that Belarusian artists Naviband will not attend due to tight schedule.

AUSTRIA – Every Wednesday Nathan Trent will post via Facebook a Eurovision cover acoustic version while fans can vote for their preference.

RUSSIA – Yulia Samoilova, who will represent Russia at the Eurovision-2017 song contest in Ukraine dismissed as “laughable” the Ukrainian authorities’ threats not to allow her cross the country’s border. “It’s all laughable, and I don’t understand why they made such a big fuss of it,” the wheelchair-bound singer said in a Rossiya 1 TV channel broadcast, Saturday News with Sergei Brilev. Commenting on allegations that her Eurovision entry was a PR move and a provocation by the Russian authorities, Samoilova said that she had to face other people’s prejudices her entire life. “Opinions differ,” she said, adding that the aim of her participation was “to show that any person is capable of anything… and that if you have a dream, you can always achieve it.”

ICELAND – Svala is the daughter of Bo Halldórsson, the 1995 Eurovision representative and she won the national final of her country with 45,000+ votes – 79,500+ votes in the super final. It is estimated that her victory cost to the voters 147,000 Euros!
