WOODBRIDGE - Dave & Buster’s, which is slated to open its first New Jersey location next month in the township, is looking to hire more than 230 people to join its team, according to a statement.

The restaurant/entertainment complex, which will be in Woodbridge Center mall, will be the company’s 103rd location, the statement said.

Positions are available in front and back-of-house capacities, including servers, bartenders, hosts, line cooks, game techs and more.

The new location will bring more than 43,000 square feet of entertainment and offer chef-crafted food, like the Hawg-A-Saurus Loaded Cheese Fries and BBBacon Burger, which features three types of bacon; such cocktails as Glow Kones, adult snow cones illuminated by glowing cubes; and the latest arcade games.

“We worked hard, along with Woodbridge Center, to get them to locate here in the township,” Mayor John E. McCormac said. “It’s certainly a destination draw that will really help Woodbridge Center and all the town as a whole.”

Dave & Buster’s Woodbridge will feature a D&B Sports Bar, where guests can cheer on their favorite teams from New Jersey, New York and Philadelphia on massive high-definition TVs while enjoyin…
